Group Travel Coordination Services Fees

• General travel arrangement fee: $400

• Oahuntravel Brokerage service fee: 3.5% of total paid amount

TIP – Optional, not mandatory

Payment Schedule applies only to the total price of the tour package and is as follows: 

• 1st installment: 65% of the Total price, of which 15% is the deposit and 50% the first installment. Payment is due within 10 days from the date of signature. (As soon as we have received the Agreement signed by the Traveler, the invoice will be issued immediately.) 

• 2nd installment, the remaining amount is due in 45 days before departure.

Currency: All applicable prices for our travel services are payable in US dollars.

Deposits and all payments may only be made with a valid international credit card or debit card (including American Express, Visa, MasterCard), PayPal or bank transfer on any journey from OahunTravel LLC.

If payment deadlines are missed, the Travel Agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation and terminate the contract unilaterally. In this case, Traveler(s) must reimburse Our costs according to the cancellation rules set out in the T&C.

OahunTravel must make substantial payments to its suppliers (hotels, transportation companies, etc.) far in advance of your trip. Thus, if a Traveler cancels a trip, OahunTravel must retain the deposits paid or due at the time of cancellation as a cancellation fee to cover its costs and expenses. 

Traveler(s) may cancel the trip with a written statement before the travel starts, paying specified compensation. However, refunds are subject to both the policies of third-party providers and our cancellation policy. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any losses you may incur.

Cancellation fees payable to OahunTravel: If the cancellation is due to the fault of the Traveler(s), the compensation payable to us (called "cancellation fee") is: 

• 30% of the Total price, if the cancellation occurs more than 45 days prior to trip departure; 

• 75% of the Total price, if the cancellation occurs between 44-20 days prior to trip departure;

• 100% of the Total price, means No refund, if the cancellation occurs within 19 days prior to trip departure or the Traveler(s) does not show up.

Your Cancellations: Refunds are subject to both the policies of third-party providers and our cancellation policy. As a travel intermediary, OahunTravel provides a list where Traveler(s) can read the refund and cancellation policies of third party providers (accommodations, transportation companies, activities).
The agency is not liable for damages caused by discrepancies in these policies. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any losses you may incur.

Cancellation by OahunTravel or its Third Party Providers: If a third party provider cancels or significantly changes services (e.g., flight delays per DOT definitions), we will seek alternatives but cannot guarantee a refund.

The amendments, changes, cancellation and refund rules are regulated in detail in the T&C, which is an integral annex of this Agreement.

DAY 2: Friyday, October 24

Free time: Stroll through Waikiki, sunbathing, swimming at Waikiki Beach and Magic Island, hotel visits, shopping at Ala Moana Center

Cultural Program (in Hungarian):

12:00 PM – Hawaiian Royal Band outdoor concert (free)

1:00–3:00 PM – Walk around the royal palaces

3:00 PM – Visit to ʻIolani Palace – $40 + bus/Uber Bus #2: 30–40 minutes from hotel

Optional Dinner Cruise: $155 + bus/Uber 

4:30 PM – Check-in for cruise; 5:00 PM – Cruise departure

5:30 PM – 1956 Commemoration with Local Hungarians
